The sale of lots had stalled at this beautiful land development project near Revelstoke, BC. One factor was its confusing messaging and outdated website. We identified that the main problem was that they were telling the wrong story—they were speaking more about the founder’s goals than the felt needs of potential buyers.
Our team created a brand new messaging strategy and rewrote the content of their website. Then we oversaw an on-location photoshoot with an international travel photographer, and wrote the copy for a magazine-style lead-generating tool that highlighted the lifestyle Shelter Bay affords residents.
The results were phenomenal. They had planned for a three-year process to move the lots, but seventeen lots sold out in four months.
